Comparison: 80mg of Vitamin B6 alone vs. a multivitamin supplement containing Vitamin B6 and other B vitamins, Vitamins A, C, D, E, and minerals
Results:
a) 60% of those in the B6-only group and 72% of those in the multivitamin group experienced PMS relief
b) Quality of life was better in the multivitamin group than the B6-only group

Comparison: Vitamin B6 group took supplements with Vitamin B6, Magnesium group took 240mg Magnesium, Placebo group got 0mg for 2 months
Results: In the B6 group
