Cramps Complete Care Kit

This kit contains 2 products to improve your cramps - Vitamin D3 supplements and a TENS machine.

1. Vitamin D3 supplements reduce the amount of pain-causing chemicals, or prostaglandins, made by the uterus. This reduces cramping and pain.
   
2. TENS machine reduces the sensation of pain by blocking pain signals.

1. Side effects of Vitamin D3 supplements:

• Short term: There are no known short term side effects associated with Vitamin D3 supplements.
• Long term: No known side effects if taken as prescribed.

If taken beyond the prescribed amount or for longer than necessary, Vitamin D supplements can affect the kidneys, cause nausea and vomiting, appetite changes, weakness, fatigue, and bone pain. Discontinue use immediately if these symptoms are noted.

2. Side effects of TENS machine:
