How to use this product?

1. Side effects of Vitamin E supplements:
Short term: There are no known short-term side effects of Vitamin E supplements.
Long term: If taken as per prescription, there are no known long-term effects.
If taken beyond the prescribed amount or for longer than necessary, Vitamin E can cause excess bleeding. Symptoms include bruising, nausea, fatigue, and headache.
